Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long will my first appointment last?
A: First appointments are generally 60 minutes or more – a sufficient amount of time to get a history and discuss course of treatment.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
A: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. This enables us to make that appointment time available to another patient. If you fail to cancel or reschedule and are simply a “no show,” we will need to bill you for the time.

Q: What if I forget I had an appointment?
A: We will call to remind you one business day prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at that time.

Q: What insurance do you take?
A: Currently, we do not accept any insurance. All patients pay at the time of service, then file paperwork with their insurer for any possible reimbursement.

A: Your pharmacy can refill your prescription without needing to contact our office, if you have refills remaining (check the label on the bottle).
